Cal Miller comes to CBC from Northeast Christian Church, where he was Assistant Director of Facilities and Director of the Drama Ministry for more than 4 years. Cal studied journalism at the University of Rhode Island and was an award-winning writer for The Providence Journal in Rhode Island, The Courier-Journal in Louisville, and as a correspondent for both Newsweek and Parade magazines. He also served as a Communications Officer for the University of Louisville and Media and Marketing Director for the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer in Tampa, Florida. Cal has a wife, Dot, who works for the Apple Patch Community, and who loves boating, fishing and camping nearly as much as her husband. Cal also has a daughter, Brooke, who is a mom and homemaker; a son, Keith, who works in ministries for Adventure Church in Louisville, and is in his last year at U of ; a grandson, Gavin, and a granddaughter, Mackenzie, who attends CBC’s daycare.
