Acts 1:8 Strategy

Crestwood Baptist Church is active in sharing the name of Jesus with our neighbors and nations through the “Acts 1:8 Strategy”. This involves reaching the 4 C’s: our Community (Local), Commonwealth (State), Continent (North America), and the Corners of the World (International). You can be part of the team by viewing  each area below and finding out about upcoming projects, events, and ways to serve.

 

General Ways to Serve

CBC Missionaries/Planters – On the missions board in the atrium, you will find prayer cards from our missionaries/church planters serving around the world.

Serve in our Community

40 Days of Service – Projects in Aug/Sept include Touched Twice clinic, Ironman, football game, repair affair, Closet changeover, and more! Sign-up online or on Missions Board.

Crossroads Pregnancy Center Baby Bottle Campaign – Pick up a bottle Aug 3, fill and return it by Sept 28.

M25 Offering Aug 24 – Our semi-annual offering meets the needs of the poor around the world.

Touched Twice Clinic Donation Drive – Collecting body wash/soap in May.  Put in CBC donation area.

Perspectives on the World Christian Movement:  Partnering with Southeast Christian Church on Tuesdays, 6:30–9:30 pm, Aug 5 – Nov 18 at Southeast Christian Oldham Campus 6201 Crestwood Station.  Info at
