Mentoring Program

Crestwood Baptist Church (CBC) believes in preparing couples for more than just a wedding day. As beautiful and important as the ceremony is, we believe that good preparation prior to marriage gives couples a head start in building a marriage that will last. Therefore, we provide pre-marital mentoring for all couples married at our church and to other interested engaged couples in our community. Trained married mentor couples help engaged couples identify their strengths and growth areas, discuss their expectations for marriage and the importance of the marriage covenant. This usually necessitates a six-month engagement.

Planning a Wedding at Crestwood Baptist Church

We are very happy for you as you take this important step in beginning your new life as a couple. We have set up the following procedures to assistn you in making your wedding a special day:

Please review the following information: Planning a wedding brochure, wedding and reception payments at a glance, and our wedding handbook before calling. If you agree with the information provided, please call the church office to check on date availability for your wedding day. In order for this date to be secured, two questionanaires, the wedding contract, and wedding deposit will have to be submitted. At this point we will schedule with you a time to meet with one of the pastors and we will get you connected to our mentoring program.
