2013 Summer Softball Sign-Ups

Men’s League: Thursday/Friday Nights at Watkins UMC

Women’s League: Tuesday Nights at Watkins UMC

Co-ed League: Tuesday/Wednesday Nights at Watkins UMC

Cost is $25.00 per player, per league. Checks payable to Crestwood Baptist Church.

ALL Participants must complete the form below and return along with League Fee to Kelly Clark to be eligible to participate.

Must be 16 or older to play.

Teams are formed on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline to register is May 1st.
