Don Wilson Memorial Scholarship
If you are a High School Senior and have participated in at least one year of Upward Sports at Crestwood Baptist, you are eligible for the Don Wilson Memorial Scholarship. Click Here for an application. Deadline: February 8, 2012
Awards Nights
Upward Families: Make plans to attend Awards Night with your child! Players will receive their end-of-season award at the end of the program. Schedule is as follows:
Monday, February 27th: For K-4th Grade Basketball Players and All Cheer Teams. Crestwood Baptist Church.
Tuesday, February 28th: For 5th-8th Grade Basketball Players. Crestwood United Methodist Church.
Programs begin at 6:30pm. Players and Coaches to arrive by 6:00pm.

Registration Info
There are two ways to register. Register online, or print off a pdf Registration Form and mail-in or drop off to Crestwood Baptist Church. There is no additional fee to register online.

DESCRIPTION
Upward Basketball is a recreational and instructional basketball league promoting character, self-esteem, and Salvation. The end of the season includes an awards ceremony and league award for each participant.

LEAGUE/EVENT TIME
HOURS OF OPERATION
Practices are held for 1 hour, one night per week (Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday). Games are held on Saturdays. Your child will practice at either Crestwood Baptist or Crestwood United Methodist Church. (Both churches are part of the same league).
COST
$72.00 per child. $82 per child after October 30th.
Family Maximum of $175.
Includes team jersey, t-shirt, player kit, team and individual picture, and end of season award.

AGES
Upward Basketball is open to all boys and girls grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. Teams will be broken down into the following groups:
- Kindergarten – Co-ed League
- 1st & 2nd Grade Boys
- 1st & 2nd Grade Girls
- 3rd & 4th Grade Boys
- 3rd & 4th Grade Girls
- 5th & 6th Grade Boys
- 5th & 6th Grade Girls
- 7th & 8th Grade Boys
LOCATION
Crestwood Baptist Church and Crestwood United Methodist Church.
Some age groups will travel to other community churches for some of their games.
