Gym & Track
The walking track above the gym, and the church building are open at 9:00am Monday-Thursday for anyone to walk or run.
CBC hosts fitness classes 4 times per week for anyone interested in fun, fellowship, & exercise. The classes include: Power Pump, Lower Body Burn, Pilates, FitWalk, Cross Training, Step N Tone, CORE, and Instructor’s Choice.

Temple Training: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays – 9:15-10:15 AM
Fit for Life Classes: Mondays and Thursdays – 10:30-11:15 AM
Lower-Impact Option: These classes are designed for pre-natal and post-natal moms, post-surgery patients, and Seniors of all ages!
Temple Training: $3 per class or purchase a card of 20 classes for $30 ($1.50 per class)
Fit for Life Class: $1 per class
